5Negative Drug Test result

6Taxpayer's Identification Number (TIN)

7Must have passed the written and practical examination.

Additional Requirements for Filipino/Foreigners with Valid or Expired Foreign License

1Original and photocopy of Foreign License

2Translation of license from Embassy/Consular Office (if license is not written in English)

3Original and photocopy of valid Visa/Passport (Foreigners)

Note: A Foreign License is not acceptable for conversion into Philippine Driver’s License if:

• If the Foreign License is not written in English
• The country of origin of the license holder does not have an Embassy in the Philippines

Processing Time:

1 day Professional License processing time plus 1 to 2 more days for transmittal to your preferred A-1 branch for pick-up.

Note: Processing of TIN is included in our Licensing Assistance. Birth Certificate is required. Processing time is 1 week.
